I work with people at different crossroads. Some are looking for clarity, some wanting more confidence, others navigating identity or big changes in work or life.

My Approach

Coaching with me is a partnership — a safe, curious space where you won’t be judged, but will be challenged with kindness. I’ll walk beside you to help you make sense of where you are and want to go. And if things don’t land perfectly first time, that’s part of the process. We may use visuals, stories, models, or notice patterns — always helping you make it make sense and act meaningfully.

Always authentic

No scripts, just honest, straight talking, and willing to show up as myself so you can do the same — no need to perform.

Curious mindset

Every client brings a different story, so I don’t come in with ready-made labels. I’ll ask questions, not box you in.

Mutual growth

I’m not a finished product — I’m still learning too. Coaching is a two-way process where we grow together.

Kind honesty

I won’t let you drift, but I’ll never criticise or shame. I’ll challenge you — but always offered with care and respect.

Safety first

Real change happens when you feel safe to explore. You can bring your whole self without fear of being judged.

Clarity over jargon

Coaching shouldn’t feel like decoding a manual. I’ll keep things clear, grounded, and human.

I blend my professional training with lived experience. I’ve learnt the value of being seen and understood — and that’s the presence I bring to coaching.

FAQs

  • Coaching is a chance to pause, to make sense of what’s happening for you, in your own language. I don’t give you all the answers. I ask the questions that help you find them and create activities that help you make sense of it.

  • It really depends on what you’re looking for. Some people come for just a few sessions to work through a specific issue, while others prefer a longer-term coaching relationship for deeper growth. I don’t prescribe a set number of sessions or offer block bookings — instead, we’ll review together at the end of each session and decide if and when the next one feels right.

  • Everybody is different, and each session is led by you. We’ll talk through what’s on your mind, explore decisions, and find practical steps forward. It’s a conversation, not a performance. Sometimes we’ll just chat. Sometimes we’ll explore patterns. Sometimes we’ll try exercises. Sometimes we may practise something. But each session is designed to work with how you make sense of the world. And if anything doesn’t land right first time, that’s okay — growth often comes through trying, adjusting, and learning along the way.
